Self-Regulating Greenhouse Vent Opener for Roof Vents

Automatically Opens and Closes Based on Temperature

This AV01 residential roof vent opener is a simple, non-electric solution for maintaining optimal airflow in backyard greenhouses. It uses a temperature-sensitive wax mechanism to open and close vents automatically, without any wiring or power source.

Adjustable Temperature Range for Custom Climate Control

Designed to activate between 17°C and 24°C (adjustable), the mechanism expands to lift the vent when temperatures rise and retracts as it cools. The AV01 model can lift up to 14kg, making it ideal for standard greenhouse roof vents.

Durable and Reliable for Australian Conditions

No need to remember to open or close vents. These openers ensure consistent airflow and temperature regulation, helping reduce heat stress on your plants — especially useful in variable Australian climates.

  • Model: AV01 Residential Roof Vent Opener

  • Temperature Range: Opens between 17°C – 24°C (adjustable)
  • Power Source: None required – fully mechanical
