Care Tips for Spathiphyllum Picasso

  • Light Requirements: Thrives in bright, indirect light. Insufficient light can cause the white portions to brown, while excessive light may bleach the green areas, turning them pale or yellow.
  • Watering: Maintain slightly moist soil, allowing the top layer to dry out before watering again. Brown tips may indicate under or overwatering, so finding the right balance is key.
  • Soil: Prefers a well-draining potting mix to prevent root rot and maintain healthy growth.
  • Fertilisation: Fertilise monthly during the growing seasons for optimal growth and vibrant foliage.
  • Variegation Care: Leaves that are entirely white will eventually brown and fall off. 

The Spathiphyllum Picasso is toxic if ingested, so it’s best kept out of reach of pets and children.

This plant will be sent in its plastic growing pot.

We ship plants every Monday to non-quarantine states. Please place your order before 2 pm on Sunday to ensure your plant is sent the following Monday. Orders placed after this time may not be shipped until the following week.

Orders to WA and TAS are shipped on selected dates only due to quarantine requirements. Orders for WA and TAS must be placed by 12 pm (midday) on the Friday before dispatch. Please see the list of WA and TAS shipping dates at the bottom of this page.

Shipping for plants to non-quarantine states is capped at $18.00 per order. Shipping for plants to WA and TAS is capped at $30.00 per order. We currently do not ship plants to NT.

Shipping costs include packing materials, labour, and certification where required. We use recycled packaging where possible to reduce waste and keep costs down, while ensuring all packing materials are sturdy enough to protect your plants during transit.

If no one is home to receive your order, the parcel will be left in a safe place. We do not request signature on delivery, as parcels returned to the post office may not be collected for several days, which can place additional stress on the plant(s) inside.

This plant can also be picked up from Northern Wellbeing Centre, 113C Miller Street, Epping VIC. If you select this option at checkout, we will email you to arrange a pickup time.
