Shipping

H5 series products are shipped in two cartons.

Carton A: 84 x 46 x 50 cm, 21 kg
Carton B: 87 x 49 x 55 cm, 26 kg

We charge a flat shipping rate of $140 on H5 series products.

xGreenSpace products are dispatched from New South Wales.

Green My Space ships from warehouses in multiple Australian states, including Western Australia, New South Wales, and Victoria. If you order multiple items, they may be dispatched separately from different warehouses and sent with different couriers. In this case, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.

In-stock items are generally dispatched within 3 business days of order placement, although on rare occasions this may take slightly longer.

Out-of-stock items will be offered on pre-order only, which will be noted on the product page.

Pickups of the H5 series is available from Milperra, Sydney, NSW. Please contact us info@greenmyspace.com.au if you'd like to organise a pick-up. We can send you an invoice that excludes the shipping rate, or refund your shipping costs if you choose to add to cart and go through the check-out process.

Customers in very remote areas (especially remote WA and NT) may incur additional shipping costs. If this does occur, we call to notify you and then email an invoice that'll link you back to our website so you can choose your preferred method of payment, or we can refund the purchase cost if you don't want to cover the additional shipping fees. If you are concerned that this may happen and would like to know before purchasing, simply send us an email with your delivery location and the product you are after.
