The Hoya Obovata Variegata is a must-have for Hoya enthusiasts, featuring rounded leaves with a yellowish-lime centre and deep green margins. It’s an uncommon variety that’s sure to capture attention with its unique variegation and pink, star-shaped flowers.

What to Expect

The plant you see in the images is a representation of the Hoya Obovata Variegata you will receive. Each plant is well-established. Whether you’re adding to an existing Hoya collection or starting a new one, this beautiful variety will thrive with minimal care.

Why Choose Hoya Obovata Variegata?

  • Beautiful Variegation: The bold contrast between the lime-yellow centre and deep green margins makes each leaf a work of art. This unique variegation adds depth and visual interest to your plant display.
  • Impressive Foliage: With leaves up to 10 cm in diameter, the Hoya Obovata Variegata boasts some of the largest foliage in the Hoya family, making it a standout piece for collectors.
  • Collector’s Choice: Hoya Obovata Variegata is less commonly found, making it a valuable addition to any Hoya lover’s collection.

Care Instructions for Hoya Obovata Variegata

As with other Hoyas, this variety is easy to care for and thrives in typical indoor conditions:

  • Light: Prefers bright, indirect light to maintain its vibrant variegation. It can tolerate lower light but may lose some of its striking colours over time.
  • Watering: Allow the soil to dry out between waterings. Overwatering can lead to root rot, so it’s best to keep the plant slightly on the dry side.
  • Humidity: While this Hoya enjoys higher humidity, it can adapt to average household humidity levels without issue.

Bring home the Hoya Obovata Variegata and enjoy its stunning leaves and elegant blooms in your collection.
