Winter Gardenz Greenhouses are dispatched from Victoria, and shipping rates are suburb dependent. If you'd like a shipping quote, please email us at info@greenmyspace.com.au. Send us your name and address details, and we'll follow with obligation free invoice. The invoice will link you back to our website where you can check-out with your preferred method of payment. Shipping rates calculated on our website may be incorrect. If you check-out without receiving a shipping quote from us first, we may contact you to rectify shipping costs before we send your greenhouse.

Green My Space ships from warehouses in multiple states across Australia including Perth, New South Wales, and Victoria. Please be advised that when ordering multiple items they may come from different warehouses and with different couriers. You will be sent multiple tracking numbers if this is the case.

If your items are in stock, the order will generally be dispatched within 3 business days of order placement. On very rare occasions this might extend a little longer. Items that are not in stock will be available on pre-order only, which will be indicated on the product page.

Where can I find the base dimensions?

Base dimensions are listed on each product page. Simply open the model you’re interested in and click “Download Foundation Page” for exact measurements.

What are the delivery options?

Delivery depends on whether you or your area have access to unloading equipment.

Option 1: Customer forklift
Delivery goes directly to your property. You’ll unload the boxes from the truck using your own forklift.

Option 2: Neighbour or local business forklift
Delivery can be made to a nearby location with a forklift. They can unload the boxes onto your vehicle. You’ll need a suitable vehicle such as a trailer, ute, or large truck to transport the greenhouse to your property.

Option 3: Freight depot pickup
We can deliver to your nearest freight depot where forklifts are available. You’ll collect the boxes using a suitable vehicle.

Option 4: HiAB delivery
A truck with a crane delivers directly to your property and safely unloads the boxes on-site.

Is the Greenhouse Easy to Assemble?

Most customers find assembling their greenhouse manageable with some time and patience. If DIY isn’t for you, a professional installer can take care of the assembly for you. On average, an 8x8ft greenhouse takes two people about a day to complete.
