Anthurium Dressleri x Forgetii x Magnificum – A Rare Hybrid 

The Anthurium Dressleri x Forgetii x Magnificum is an exceptional hybrid that combines the unique traits of its parent plants. 

Important Care Information

Velvet-leaved Anthuriums like this require specific care to thrive. These tropical plants are best suited for experienced growers who can provide the following:

  • Humidity and Temperature: High humidity (above 60%) and consistent warmth are ideal. For those in Australia's southern states, using a humidifier, greenhouse, or similar environment is recommended to ensure the plant's health.
  • Lighting: Prefers bright, indirect light to maintain the vibrancy of its foliage. Direct sunlight should be avoided as it can scorch the leaves.
  • Watering: Keep the soil evenly moist but not waterlogged. Allow the top layer to dry slightly between waterings to avoid root rot.

What to Expect

The first two images show the parent plant. The sale plant in the images that follow were propagated via stem division, so will be a clone of the parent plant.

This plant will be sent in its plastic growing pot.

We ship plants every Monday to non-quarantine states. Please place your order before 2 pm on Sunday to ensure your plant is sent the following Monday. Orders placed after this time may not be shipped until the following week.

Orders to WA and TAS are shipped on selected dates only due to quarantine requirements. Orders for WA and TAS must be placed by 12 pm (midday) on the Friday before dispatch. Please see the list of WA and TAS shipping dates at the bottom of this page.

Shipping for plants to non-quarantine states is capped at $18.00 per order. Shipping for plants to WA and TAS is capped at $30.00 per order. We currently do not ship plants to NT.

Shipping costs include packing materials, labour, and certification where required. We use recycled packaging where possible to reduce waste and keep costs down, while ensuring all packing materials are sturdy enough to protect your plants during transit.

If no one is home to receive your order, the parcel will be left in a safe place. We do not request signature on delivery, as parcels returned to the post office may not be collected for several days, which can place additional stress on the plant(s) inside.

This plant can also be picked up from Northern Wellbeing Centre, 113C Miller Street, Epping VIC. If you select this option at checkout, we will email you to arrange a pickup time.
