Aglaonema pictum tricolour – Camouflage Foliage

The Aglaonema pictum tricolour is a  sought-after indoor plant prized for its distinctive camouflage-style variegation. Each leaf displays a unique blend of deep green, olive, and silver-grey tones, creating a layered, painterly effect that sets this plant apart from other Aglaonema varieties. Slow-growing and compact, it’s a favourite among collectors looking for something truly special.

Key Features

  • Tricolour Variegation: Mottled foliage with three distinct shades, often described as a natural camouflage pattern.
  • Collector Plant: A rare and desirable Aglaonema variety with highly individual leaf patterns.
  • Compact Growth: Naturally tidy and slow-growing, ideal for indoor spaces.
  • Low Light Tolerant: More forgiving than many variegated plants once established.

Care Requirements

  • Light: Prefers bright, indirect light to maintain strong variegation. Can tolerate medium light, but growth may slow in lower light conditions.
  • Watering: Allow the top 3–5 cm of soil to dry between waterings. Avoid consistently wet soil, as Aglaonema are sensitive to overwatering.
  • Humidity: Enjoys moderate to higher humidity but adapts well to normal indoor environments.

Shipping for plants to non-quarantine states is capped at $18.00 per order. Shipping for plants to WA and TAS is capped at $30.00 per order. We currently do not ship plants to NT.

Shipping costs include packing materials, labour, and certification where required. We use recycled packaging where possible to reduce waste and keep costs down, while ensuring all packing materials are sturdy enough to protect your plants during transit.

If no one is home to receive your order, the parcel will be left in a safe place. We do not request signature on delivery, as parcels returned to the post office may not be collected for several days, which can place additional stress on the plant(s) inside.
